The Property is comprised of three units totalling 1,832,400 sq ft – Units A-D were constructed in the 1990’s and comprise warehouse accommodation with ancillary office accommodation of steel portal frame construction. A single mezzanine is installed throughout the building.
Units E & F were developed in 2014-2017 and provide modern warehouse accommodation with 5 storeys of mezzanine housing a large-scale, multiphase automated fulfilment operation.
